Using Expat Option

By using this website you agree to these terms. Expat Option provides a platform that connects job seekers with employers and recruiters. We are not the employer for the vacancies shown and are not a party to any employment contract.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your login details secret.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Job seekers

• Your profile and CV must be accurate and must be yours.
• When you apply, you agree that the employer can see the information you submit.
• Never pay for a job offer. Report any request for payment to us.

Employers and recruiters

• Post only genuine vacancies you are authorised to advertise, with accurate information.
• Do not ask candidates for payment, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
• Use candidate information only for recruitment and protect it.
• We may review, edit, refuse or remove any vacancy or employer account.

Content and conduct

Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, attempt to access others' data, scrape the site or interfere with its operation.

No guarantees

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that vacancies are free of error, that any employer will respond, or that you will find or fill a job. Information on this site is general and is not legal, immigration or professional advice.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Expat Option is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with employers or candidates.
